What's New ....... 

I've added new paintings to the galleries (and deleted a few also).  I'm also in the process of building a Photography gallery and a Drawing gallery.  They're still under construction but there's a few in each.   There's also quite a few entries lately in my blog!  I've actually been keeping it up!! 

I've belonged, for several years now, to a great group of online artists called EBSQ Art!  I've just linked my webpages there to my site here.  If you'd like to visit them, just click the button on the left hand bar.  Or, you can click here.

EBSQ, in their own words:  EBSQ is a creative space that provides art marketing tools and serves as a hub for the self rep artist community. Join our artists, photographers, and crafters as we give the art world -- and the internet -- a much-needed makeover! 

As an artist member, you get your own webpages which you design yourself with their easy setup.  You can display as many of your paintings / artwork as you wish.  They also have great themed 'shows' every month (usually three each month) that you can enter and later, vote for a winner and runners up.  Sometimes, there's cash prizes.  I won a $570 cash prize last year along with a lifetime membership to EBSQ!   EBSQ also has a full message board forum along with a 'zine and blog and live presentations.  Great place! 

My "badge":

Twice every year, spring and fall, artist members can apply to be accepted into the juried section which, if accepted, you become a Juried Plus member.  Your work is critiqued and closely scrutinized by approximately fifteen judges.  There's a very tough set of criteria they follow.  To be accepted, thirteen of those judges must give you a 'yes'.   Several years ago, I was accepted and have loved being a Juried Plus member since! 

Want to see some excellent art work of a wide variety of artists from all over the world?  Just go to the Gallery page and click your desired medium criteria in the "Search the EBSQ Online Gallery" search box.  If you leave the "Search Art (optional)" box blank, you'll be able to browse a wonderful art show from all the artwork archived there by the many, many artists that belong to EBSQ!

You can also join as a patron member for free which allows you to vote on the shows and to browse / view all of the art there.  And let me assure you, there is one huge motherload of art from such varied group of artists!!!
